On-site Machining Story 18 in 2024

On-site training is a meticulous task for our training engineers, especially when they face workers with no prior experience in machine tool operation. Recently, during a competitive bid, the Sinopec required a batch ofPipe Cold Cutting and Beveling Machines. We secured the contract by offering the highest quality products. This bid also included on-site machining training services.

Upon arrival, our training team was tasked with providing comprehensive training to the site personnel within 24 hours. The training program covered safety protocols, equipment operation, maintenance, and tool usage. After completing the training, workers practiced on test pieces, and upon passing the skill assessment, they were ready to work on actual projects.

MT Portable Machine enjoys an excellent reputation in the international market, where after-sales service and training are crucial. Our meticulously prepared training courses enable workers to quickly master equipment operation and start field machining work, significantly reducing equipment failures due to mishandling. This is a win-win situation, requiring collaboration between training engineers and field workers.

In 2024, we plan to launch a series of on-site machining equipment training videos. We look forward to growing together with you. If you have any suggestions, please contact us atinfo@mtportable.com.
